Accountant Hemalatha L

I am Hemalatha and I run my accounting service from Munshi Galli in Sivan Chetty Garden. It’s an old part of Bangalore, near the 560042 area code. My place is at Number 3. The lanes here are narrow and it gets quite crowded with the local markets nearby, but I like the energy of the place. I’ve been doing accounts for many years now. I mostly help the small traders and residents in the garden area with their annual returns and monthly bookkeeping. It’s not a fancy office at all. It’s just a room with a sturdy table and my computer. I spend most of my day looking at receipts and bank statements. People bring their documents in all sorts of folders or sometimes just wrapped in paper. I don't have a big corporate team, it's just me doing the heavy lifting. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming when the tax deadlines approach, but I manage to get everything filed on time. I like the fact that I can walk to work and I know the local tea seller and the other shopkeepers on the street. It feels like a real community here. If you are coming to see me, it’s best to come by two-wheeler because parking a car in these gallis is almost impossible. I try to keep things simple and honest. No big promises, just making sure the numbers are right and the forms are filled out properly. It's my living and I do it as best as I can every single day.
