Our place is over in Yelahanka New Town, specifically on Icici Bank Road in B Sector. It’s easy to spot us because we’re close to the State Bank of India branch. We’ve got this address, Door No. HIG 2024, and it’s been our base for quite some time. The focus here is mostly on eyes, so you’ll see people coming in for glasses or just getting their vision checked. The street outside gets quite a bit of foot traffic during the day, which keeps things lively. Inside, the lights are usually kept at a certain level because of the eye tests. It’s not a huge building, just a practical space where we can fit the equipment we need. The staff spends their hours helping people try on frames or explaining how to use eye drops properly. We don’t do much fancy stuff; we just focus on the tasks at hand. On rainy days, the porch gets a bit muddy, but we try to keep the inside as clean as possible for the patients. It’s a simple routine of opening the shutters, checking the schedule, and seeing whoever shows up. Sometimes people get lost looking for the 3rd B Cross, so we spend some time on the phone giving directions. It’s just part of being a local business in this part of Bangalore. We’re just here doing our job. The day goes by fast when there are many people to see.
