If you look for us, we’re on the 2nd Floor of a building at 785/10, right on the 14th Cross in the 7th Block of Krishnarajendra Road. It’s a busy part of town, but we’ve gotten used to the pace over the years. We deal with properties, which basically means we spend our time talking to people about land, apartments, and where they might want to live or invest. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking documents to make sure everything is legal and above board. We aren't a huge firm with a lot of flash; we just have our office where we meet folks and go over maps or site plans. Sometimes the stairs up to the second floor feel a bit steep after a long day of visiting sites, but that’s just part of the job. Most of our work involves understanding the local market and seeing which areas are growing. We try to be honest about what’s available and what isn’t. It’s not always easy because the real estate market changes so fast, but we do our best to stay on top of things. We’ve been in this 7th Block spot for a while, and the neighbors know us. We’re usually around if someone has a question about a specific plot or just wants to know what’s happening with property prices in the area. It’s steady work and keeps us busy from morning till night.
