Aarzan Ventures Llp

We operate Aarzan Ventures Llp out of a building called ‘Oasis’ on Wheelers Road. It is No. 5/1 in the Balaji Layout area of Bangalore 560005. The name of the building makes it sound a bit more fancy than it actually is, but it is a solid place to work every day. We are in the business of ventures, which sounds complicated but mostly involves a lot of meetings and looking at potential ideas. The neighborhood around Wheelers Road has a certain charm to it that you do not find in the newer parts of the city. We have our desks set up in a way that allows us to shout across the room if we need something quickly. There is no fancy intercom system here. We keep things pretty simple. Most of our days are spent on the phone or reading through documents. We do not have a big marketing team or anyone to polish our image for the public. What you see is what you get. The office is usually a bit messy with papers, but we know where everything is kept. Usually, we take turns bringing in snacks for the afternoon break. It is a small team, so we all know each other’s business. Being in Balaji Layout is convenient for us, and we have become familiar faces to the local shopkeepers nearby. It is just a regular office where we try to make things happen.
