Aarcs Decor is located at No.22 on 3rd Main Road. We are really close to the Kodavasamaj in Vasanth Nagar. It’s a nice part of town, quite central and easy for people to get to. Our shop is full of all sorts of things for decorating. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes because we have so many samples and items tucked into every corner. Vasanth Nagar has its own pace and we just fit into it. We aren't a big chain store or anything corporate. It’s just us here, trying to help people pick out things that look good in their homes. Some days are slow and we just tidy up the shelves, and other days it feels like everyone in the city decided to change their curtains at the same time. We don't have a big mission statement hanging on the wall. We just show people what we have and tell them what might work. The 3rd Main Road can get busy in the afternoons but it’s usually okay in the mornings. We’ve been at this location for a while and the neighbors all know us. It’s a practical business. We like the local feel of being near Kodavasamaj. If you are walking by, you can see our window displays which we try to change every now and then when we have the time. It is just a local shop for local people. We are here most days and we just do what we can.
