A V Raj & Co. We are situated on the 2nd floor of Renuka Complex. That’s at number 34 in New Thippasandra. A good way to find us is to look for Kartick Sweet Stall, which is right nearby and very popular. We often smell the sweets being made when we arrive in the morning. The climb up to the second floor keeps us active since we don't use an elevator. Renuka Complex is a bit of an older building, but it’s a good spot for us. The office has a few windows that look out over the street, so we can watch the people going about their shopping. New Thippasandra is a lively area with lots of small shops and vendors. Our workspace is fairly basic—just desks, some chairs for visitors, and a few cupboards for our records. It’s a small team here, so we all do a bit of everything. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We just handle our work day by day. Sometimes we grab a snack from the sweet stall downstairs when we’ve had a long afternoon. It’s a comfortable place to work, even if it gets a bit noisy during the evening rush. We’ve gotten to know the other shop owners in the complex over the years. It’s a friendly neighborhood and we feel like we belong here in this corner of Bangalore. We plan on staying here at Renuka Complex for as long as we can.
