You can find us over at 143 M.B.T. Road, though some people still use the old number 118 when they are looking for the place. It can be a bit confusing for delivery drivers sometimes. A. Mohamed Saalim & Company has been operating out of this spot for a long time. The road is usually quite loud with trucks and buses passing by all day long. We have a small team here, and everyone knows their job. There is always a lot of dust from the street, so we spend a fair bit of time just wiping down the counters. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just four walls and the equipment we need to do our daily work. We get a lot of sun in the mornings, which is nice until it gets too warm. We mostly just focus on getting through the orders and making sure the ledgers are right. It is a steady rhythm we have developed over the years. We usually take a break in the middle of the day when things quiet down a bit on the main road. The neighbors are mostly other small businesses, so we all know each other well enough to say hello. Sometimes the electricity goes out for an hour or so, but we just wait it out. It is just a normal day-to-day life here on M.B.T. Road for us.
