A M Tyres

Our shop, A M Tyres, is located in the LJ Complex over in Nayandahalli Phase II. We are right in the middle of the Kathwada GIDC area, so there are always trucks and cars moving around. We deal with all kinds of tyres. Mostly it’s replacements and repairs for people working in the industrial estate. It’s a greasy job, and our hands are always black by the end of the day. We have the machines to balance the wheels and check the alignment. I opened this place because I worked for a bigger garage for years and wanted my own thing. It’s just me and two assistants. We have stacks of new tyres from different brands, and some second-hand ones for people on a budget. The air compressor is the loudest thing in the shop, you can hear it from the street. We don't have a waiting room with a TV. People just stand around or go get a tea while we work. It’s hot in the afternoons, especially with the metal roof. We try to work fast because people need their vehicles for work. If a tyre is bald, we tell them. If it has a few more miles left, we tell them that too. It’s straightforward work. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop, just the one people trust in this part of town. We keep it honest and try to get the job done right every time.
