About A Construction Paradigm – Architect, Interior & Structural Design in Bengaluru
We’ve been tucked away in Koramangala 2 for quite a while now. Most days start early with a lot of noise because that’s just how construction goes. There’s usually a pile of blueprints on the main table and a few half-empty coffee cups scattered around from the morning meeting. A Construction Paradigm isn't some fancy glass-tower office. It’s a workspace where we actually get our hands dirty. The walls have some scuffs from moving equipment in and out, and the floor usually has a bit of dust no matter how often we sweep it. Some of the guys have been working together for years, so we don't really need to say much to know what needs doing next. You can hear the traffic from the main road outside, but inside we’re mostly focused on the drawings and phone calls to suppliers. It gets pretty hectic around midday when the site supervisors come back to check in on things. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything like that. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see one of us hunched over a desk or talking loudly on a mobile. It’s just how we run things here. Sometimes we stay late when a project is wrapping up, and other times we close early if the weather is too bad for the sites. It’s a bit messy, but the work gets done and we know everyone in the neighborhood by now.
