360 Degree Workout Health & Fitness is sitting at No.39 in the Krishna Nagar Industrial Layout. It’s right on the 1st Cross of Tavarekere Main Road, which is basically off Hosur Road. If you know the area near Forum Mall, then you know it can get pretty busy with all the cars and people around. We are in a more industrial-feeling part of the neighborhood, which actually suits a gym well. It’s a plain, straightforward place where people from Koramangala and the nearby apartments come to get some exercise. There aren’t any fancy decorations or corporate slogans on the walls. We just have the machines and weights that you’d expect. The building is easy to find once you get off the main road. It’s a bit of a walk from the bus stop, but not too bad. Inside, the vibe is just about getting the work done. Some of the equipment has been around for a while, but it all works fine. We don’t have a massive team of people in suits. It’s just us making sure everything is ready for whoever walks through the door. The lighting is okay, and we try to keep the place ventilated because it gets warm in the afternoons. It’s a practical spot for a workout. No one is here to show off, they’re just here to lift some weights or run for a bit. It’s a local business for local people.
