Ziyu Homes Private Limited

Ziyu Homes Private Limited is based out of Kalyan Nagar, specifically at 224 on the 9th Main Road in HRBR 1st Block. It is a busy part of Bangalore, but we like the energy here. We have been in this office for a good while, and most of the neighbors know us. We do a lot of work with houses and apartments in the 560043 area. It is not a high-pressure corporate environment. We are more about sitting down and talking through what someone needs for their home. The 9th Main gets pretty crowded with cars, so parking can be a bit of a gamble sometimes. Inside, it is just a normal office with desks and plenty of paper. We spend our time looking at floor plans and making sure the construction crews have what they need. We are not into big marketing campaigns or anything like that. Word of mouth usually brings people to our door in HRBR 1st Block. It is a lot of coordination between the architects and the workers on the ground. We have seen Kalyan Nagar change so much since we started, and it is interesting to be part of that growth. If you are walking down 9th Main, you cannot miss us. We try to keep things simple and honest. No big speeches, just building homes that people can actually live in. Sometimes we are out at sites, but there is usually someone in the office to answer the door.
