Ziesta Food And Beverages (Opc) Private Limited is located at Site No 1106 and 1107 in the MR Orchard area. We are on the 4th Cross in Ananthanagara, which is part of Kammasandra. Having two sites together gives us a bit more room than a single plot would. One side is mostly for storage and the other side is where we actually mix the beverages and prep the food. It’s a growing neighborhood, so there’s always some construction going on nearby. You can hear the hammers and the machines while we are working. We spend a lot of time checking the bottles and making sure the seals are on right. It’s a bit of a repetitive process, but it’s what we do. The floor is usually wet because we have to wash everything down so often. We aren't a big factory or anything, just a small operation at these two sites. The staff lives nearby, so we all walk or ride our scooters to the 4th Cross every morning. It gets quite hot in Kammasandra during the summer months, so we have a couple of big fans running all day to keep the air moving. We just focus on the task at hand, filling the containers and getting the crates ready for the morning pickup. It’s a practical setup and it works for us.
