Zenya Projects & Developers (OPC) Private Limited is located in Wilson Garden. We are on the 3rd floor of Comfort Towers, which is at No. 24 on the 10th Cross. Wilson Garden is a busy part of Bangalore, and 10th Cross always seems to have something going on. Being on the 3rd floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are just focused on the projects we have on our desks. This is a one-person company, so things stay pretty direct and simple. There aren't any layers of management to go through. When there’s a decision to be made about a development project, it just gets made. I’ve been working in the 560027 area for a while now and I like the energy of the city here. The office in Comfort Towers is where the planning happens, but I spend a lot of time out and about looking at different sites. It’s a lot of logistical work, making sure the permits are in order and the contractors know what they are doing. I don't have a marketing team writing stuff for me. I just tell people what I do and how I do it. It’s about being practical and staying organized. Developing property in a place like Bangalore is never easy, but it’s what I know. I just keep moving forward, one project at a time, trying to keep things as straightforward as possible for everyone involved.
