We've been over here at RK Hegde Nagar for quite a while now. Specifically on the 3rd Cross in Man Layout. It's a busy spot near the HBCS Ex-Service area, and you can usually hear the city noise from our front door. Dealing with contracting work keeps us on our toes every single day. Most days you'll find us sorting through messy plans or talking to guys on the various sites we have going. It isn't always easy, and sometimes the weather messes things up or a delivery is late by three days, but that's just how the building business goes. We started Zamaan Contracting Private Limited because there's always something needing fixing or building in Bangalore. The city keeps growing and we're just part of that whole messy process. Our office isn't anything fancy to look at, just a practical space where we get the paperwork done and meet folks who need things handled. We deal with the usual headaches of supplies and labor. It's honest work and it gets us by. Sometimes we're juggling three different things at once and the phone doesn't stop ringing even during lunch. You learn to just take it one task at a time. Being located near the 1st Main makes it easier for people to find us, though the traffic around here can be a bit of a nightmare during the peak hours. We try to keep things straightforward. No big speeches, just getting the job done so we can go home.
