Yuva Structures is a bit tucked away in Ananth Nagar Phase 2. To find us, you have to go behind the Aakruti Apartments. We are in Flat No. 105 of the A K Pride building, located in the Heddari Layout area of Bangalore. It’s a residential setup, which works for us because it’s quieter than being on the main highway. 560100 is a growing part of the city. Since we are in a flat, the office has a very lived-in feel. There’s a small kitchen where we make coffee and a balcony that looks out over the street. We do structural work, which means a lot of technical drawings and checking calculations. It’s not the kind of work you can rush. Sometimes the building's water supply goes out, or the security guard at the gate asks too many questions, but that’s just life in an apartment-office. We aren't a massive firm with a board of directors. We’re just a group of people who know how to put buildings together. We talk to clients in the living room area of the flat. It’s informal, but we get the work done right. We prefer it this way because we don't have to put on a show for anyone. Just honest work from a small office where we can focus on the details without any corporate distractions.
