Yumna Realtors (Opc) Private Limited is our little setup here in Frazer Town. We are located at 81/3 on MM Road, which is a pretty busy spot if you have ever been through this part of Bangalore. Actually, the easiest way to find us is to look for Rahammas Restaurant. We are right next to it. Sometimes the smell of the food from next door makes us all pretty hungry by lunchtime. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we deal with real estate stuff every day. Frazer Town has changed a lot over the years, but MM Road still has that specific energy. We have our files, a couple of computers, and enough space to sit down with someone and talk about property. It gets a bit noisy outside with the bikes and cars, but we are used to it by now. People often drop in because they were already in the area for a meal or some shopping. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with suits and big speeches. We just know the local streets well and help people out with their housing questions. Being an OPC means it is a small operation, so you usually talk to the same one or two people every time you come in. It is just a straightforward local office in a very lively part of town.
