Yummy Millets Kitchens Private Limited

We have our kitchen for Yummy Millets Kitchens Private Limited over in Jayanagar. The address is No. 260/339th on the A Main Road in the 3rd Block. Jayanagar is one of those parts of Bangalore that still feels like it has some history. Our building is right on the main road, so it’s easy to find but it can be quite noisy with the bikes and buses passing by. We deal with millets all day, which involves a lot of cleaning and soaking. It’s a dusty job sometimes because of the grains, so we are always sweeping the floors. The kitchen isn't very big, but we have enough space for the stoves and the big metal bins where we store the different types of millets. We start our shift quite early to get the cooking done before the heat of the day. The 3rd Block has a lot of trees, so it’s nice to take a break outside for a few minutes. We don’t really do any big advertising; people usually just find out about us through word of mouth or by seeing the sign on A Main Road. It’s just a plain, hardworking kitchen where we try to get the textures of the grains just right. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. That’s just how it is here.
