Yummy Litti Foods Private Limited

Yummy Litti Foods Private Limited is based out of an apartment in Bangalore South. Specifically, we are in Flat Number 110 at the Windsor Four Seasons Apartments on B G Road. It’s a residential area, so it doesn't feel like a typical workplace. We spend most of our mornings in the kitchen area preparing the litti. Since litti is quite traditional, we try to keep the process very simple, just like how it’s done back home. The apartment is on the first floor, which makes it easier to carry the supplies in. We get a lot of flour and sattu delivered, and those bags can be quite heavy to move around the living room. B G Road is always packed with cars, so we hear the honking all day long while we work. The team is small, just a few of us who know how to make the dough and the filling. We don't have big machines; it’s mostly just us using our hands and the oven. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of orders to fill, but we’ve figured out a system that works for the space we have. Living and working in the same city means we are used to the pace here in Karnataka. We just focus on making the litti properly and getting it out the door from our little flat.
