It’s a nice part of town, feels a bit more like old Bangalore compared to the newer suburbs. Yohms Realty is basically a small team of us who spend our days looking at houses and talking to owners. We’ve been around the 560075 zip code for a while. The office is pretty lived-in because we’re always coming and going. Real estate in Thippasandra is interesting because you get a mix of older homes and some newer apartments. We try to keep up with all of it. We don't really have a polished About Us page because we'd rather just talk to people face-to-face. If you walk down Church Road, you’ll see our place. It’s not a huge glass tower or anything. It's just a regular office where we do our work. We spend a lot of time checking on properties to make sure everything is in order. Sometimes we’re out all day and the office is quiet, other times it’s full of people discussing prices. We just take it as it comes. Being on the 7th Main is convenient for us. There are plenty of tea stalls nearby where we often end up meeting people to discuss business. It’s a low-key way of doing things, but it works for us and the people we help. We just try to give straight answers and keep our records in order so everything goes through.
