We are Yls Realty Private Limited. Our small office is located at 102 on the first floor of Vanguard Rise. If you know the Murgesh pallya area at all, you probably know the 5th cross that sits right off the old airport road. That is basically where we spend all our time. It is not a very fancy place, just a normal workspace where we handle the paperwork and meetings for different property matters around this part of Bangalore. Sometimes the traffic on the main road gets a bit loud during the day, but being at 163 makes it easy for folks to find us without a map. Usually, one of us is in the office early, drinking some tea and looking over site plans or local documents. We have been around this neighborhood for a while now. We don't have big flashy signs or a huge lobby. It is just a few desks and some chairs for when people stop by to ask about land or house rentals. The 5th cross can be a little tight for parking when it is busy, but it has that local feel we like. Most people in the building know each other by name. We just try to keep things simple and get the work done without making it a big production. If you are walking around the old airport area, you will see our building standing there. It is just a regular local business.
