Yjr Constructions Private Limited is based out in Horamavu Agara. Our specific spot is No.1 182/135, over on the 9th Cross in Banjara Layout, which is in the 560043 part of Bangalore. Banjara Layout is a fairly quiet residential area, and we’re right there in the mix of it. Being on the 9th Cross means we aren't on a loud main road, which is nice for a change. We do construction work, mostly around this side of town. The office is just a regular building where we handle the day-to-day things that keep the business going. We aren’t big on fancy decorations or corporate talk. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. Most of the time, we are out at different sites, but this is where we come back to finish up the administrative side of things. It’s a lot of work keeping everything organized, but we manage. Horamavu Agara has seen a lot of new houses and buildings lately, and we’ve been here for a good chunk of that growth. People in the layout know us as the construction folks from the 9th Cross. We don't try to impress anyone with big promises; we just do what we say we're going to do and leave it at that. We have been working from this corner of Banjara Layout for a while now and we know the area like the back of our hands, which helps.
