We set up Yireh Olam Developers Private Limited over in the Varthur area of Bangalore. Our office is on the first floor of a building in New Patel Layout, specifically on 10th Cross. It’s a busy part of town with all the new roads and traffic near Balagere Road. We spend most of our time dealing with land and development stuff. It isn’t always glamorous. There’s a lot of running around to different sites and checking on progress. We are at Survey No. 413 if you are trying to find the exact spot on the map. The team here is small, mostly just a few of us who have lived in Bangalore for years and saw how much Varthur has grown lately. We don't really do the whole fancy office thing with glass walls. It’s just desks, some maps, and a lot of coffee to keep us going. We deal with real estate and building projects every day. Sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or some permit taking too long, but we just keep moving. It’s a lot of coordination between different workers and suppliers. We’ve been at this for a bit now. Being in the 560078 zip code keeps us right in the middle of where things are happening. We like the neighborhood, even with the construction noise nearby. We just focus on getting the work done one day at a time without making a big fuss about anything.
