Yellappa Estates Private Limited

Yellappa Estates Private Limited has its office at Umashankar Nilaya in the 2nd Block of Akshaynagar. We are specifically on the 6th Cross, just off T.C. Palya Main Road. It’s more of a neighborhood setting than a business park. We like being tucked away in the 2nd Block because it’s a bit quieter for doing our work. We deal with estates and land, so we spend a lot of time checking documents and visiting different spots around Bangalore. The office is basically a few rooms in a building that feels like a home. We have some cupboards for our files and a few desks where we sit and make calls. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in suits every day. We dress comfortably because we are often out in the sun or walking around properties. T.C. Palya Main Road is where we go if we need to get anything for the office or grab a quick bite. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us by name. We don't use any complicated systems to run things. We just keep a log of what needs to be done and try to finish it by the end of the week. It is honest work and we take it one day at a time without much fuss. If someone needs to talk about land, they usually just drop by.
