We are based in a building called Medha, which is located at 1st Main and 1st Cross in Vikas Nagar. It is pretty easy to find because we are right opposite the Nagasandra Metro Station road. Having the metro so close is a big help for the staff and anyone else coming to see us. We work in development, which means our days are filled with looking at plans, doing site visits, and making a lot of phone calls. Bangalore is growing fast out this way, so there is always something new happening near the Nagasandra post. We are not doing anything revolutionary, just building things that people need for their homes or businesses. Our office is a simple space where we keep our maps and all our project files. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic from the main road, but you get used to it after a while. We do not have a big marketing team or anyone to write polished speeches for us. We just know how to get a building up and how to handle the mountain of paperwork that comes with it. Some days are harder than others, especially when the weather does not cooperate or materials show up late. But that is just the business we are in. We have been in this spot for a bit now and we like the neighborhood. It is a practical place for a practical company that just wants to work.
