Xoha Constructions (Opc) Private Limited

Xoha Constructions (Opc) Private Limited has its office at No. 42 in the Narayanappa Layout. We are situated on the 3rd Cross in Naganathapura. This is in the Electronic City area of South Bangalore. Even though we are near all the big tech companies, we are a very small operation. Being an OPC, it’s mostly one person handling the big decisions and the day-to-day management. The office is located in a residential layout, so it’s got a very local feel. We spend a lot of time navigating the narrow streets of Naganathapura to get to our project sites. Construction around here is constant. There’s always someone building a new house or fixing up an old one. We use standard tools and work with local suppliers for our bricks and steel. The office itself is just a simple room with a desk, a couple of chairs, and a lot of paper. We don't have any fancy decorations. It’s all about the work. Sometimes the Bangalore traffic makes it hard to get materials on time, which can be frustrating. We just have to be patient and keep the communication open with everyone involved. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a small business trying to do honest construction work in our part of the city. It’s a lot of long hours and physical labor, but we are used to it by now.
