X3Biriyani Zone Private Limited

We are over here in Marathahalli at X3Biriyani Zone Private Limited. If you know the area, it’s pretty busy all the time. Our place is on the first floor of building number seventy-five on the 2nd Main in M.S.R. Layout. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a regular space where we get things done. Most of the day is spent dealing with the rice and the meat and making sure the pots are ready. You can hear the traffic from Munnekolala coming through the windows. It gets a bit loud in the afternoons. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much if you’re carrying heavy bags of spices up to the first floor, but you get used to it. We’ve been at this address for a while now. It’s a practical spot for us because everything we need is close by. We don’t really have a big sign or anything flashy. Just the name on the door. It’s mostly about the work itself, not how the place looks. We start pretty early when the air is still a bit cool before the Bangalore sun hits the layout properly. By the time lunch rolls around, the whole floor smells like cloves and cardamom. It’s a decent enough spot to spend the day. We just keep our heads down and focus on the biriyani. That’s how we like to run things here in Munnekolala.
