Winfluential Advisers Private Limited operates out of the 1st Floor of SPD Plaza. You can find this building in the Koramangala Industrial Layout. Koramangala is one of those places in Bangalore that everyone knows, but the Industrial Layout has its own specific feel. It’s a lot of warehouses and office blocks rather than just shops and cafes. Being on the 1st floor of SPD Plaza is convenient because we don’t have to rely on the lift all the time. The plaza is a busy spot with people coming and going for different businesses. Our space inside is dedicated to our daily tasks. We have the usual office things—desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of filing cabinets. It’s not a designer space, just a functional one. The Industrial Layout can be quite noisy with trucks and vans, but inside the plaza, it’s manageable. We like being in Koramangala because it’s central to so many things. Even though it's the 'industrial' side, it still has that energy the area is known for. We don’t go in for big mission statements or flashy presentations. We just come to the 1st floor every morning and get started on whatever is on the calendar. It’s a plain, honest way to run a company, and SPD Plaza has been a good home for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
