It is a nice change of pace from the heavy traffic you usually find in other parts of Whitefield. The office is just a designated space within the villa where we manage all the property dealings. We usually start the day fairly early, catching up on emails and checking the latest listings in the neighborhood. Because it is a residential-style setting, it feels more personal and less like a cold corporate office. We have our files and a couple of computers, and that is about it. People usually call us before coming over, and we spend a lot of time out on the road showing properties to various folks. Whitefield is always expanding, so there is never a shortage of things to keep us occupied. The surroundings are quite green compared to the dusty main roads, which we definitely appreciate. We do not have any big marketing speeches to give people. We just know the local real estate market well and help out with the buying and selling process as it happens.
