Western Wood International Film School

We set up Western Wood International Film School here in Hosakerehalli because it's a quiet neighborhood compared to the rest of Bangalore. Our building is right across from Little Flower School on 2nd D Main. It’s easy to find if you know the BSK 3rd Stage area. We deal with film stuff all day. Students come in to learn about cameras and how stories get made into movies. It’s a lot of work. We aren't a big university with thousands of people. It’s more of a local spot where people who really care about movies hang out and learn. The equipment takes up a lot of space in the rooms. Sometimes things get a bit messy with cables everywhere, but that’s just how it goes when you’re filming things. We’ve been at this address for a while. Everyone around here knows the school. It’s not just about watching films; it’s about making them. Most of the staff here have worked on actual projects before. We keep it real. If you’re looking for a polished corporate office, this isn’t it. We’re more into the actual craft. The weather in Bangalore is usually good for shooting outdoors near the school. We just try to help folks get their start in the industry without making it too complicated. Come by and see the setup if you’re ever in the area.
