We set up Well Seasoned Ventures on Kanakpura Main Road, right near the Gubbala Gate. Our spot is at 14A Navrathan Gardens. It’s a busy area and there’s always a lot of traffic passing by. We do a bit of everything when it comes to our ventures here. It’s not a corporate setup by any means. We are just a small team working out of this location. We spend a lot of time on our feet and making sure the day-to-day operations are going okay. Sometimes we are dealing with suppliers and other times we are just trying to get the office organized. It’s a bit of a mix. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall or anything. We just want to get through the day and make sure the business stays afloat. The Kanakpura road is always changing, so we have to keep up with what's happening around us. We like being in this part of Bangalore even if the road work is constant. It feels like a real community here. We handle all our planning and meetings from the Navrathan Gardens office. It’s a practical space for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work well and keep things moving. Some days are better than others, but that’s just how it goes when you’re running your own thing. It's a lot of work but we stay with it and keep the doors open.
