We've been over at No 40 in Vedant Alpine for a while now. If you know where the Prestige Casabella apartments are in Chikkathogur, we are right behind that. It’s a busy part of Electronic City. We handle various projects. People mostly know us for just showing up and getting the work done. It’s not a huge fancy office or anything. Just a few desks and a lot of site visits. Usually, we're out on the field looking at materials or checking on how the build is going. The traffic around here can be a bit much sometimes, but we manage. We started Warrencraft Projects Llp because we figured there was enough work to keep us busy in this part of Bangalore. We don’t really do big ads. Most folks find us through word of mouth or seeing our boards at different sites. We try to keep things simple. If a wall needs fixing or a new structure has to go up, we just deal with it. We’ve had our share of rainy days where everything slows down, but that’s just how it goes with construction. It’s a lot of coordination between the workers and the suppliers. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving between the office and the plots. It gets dusty and tiring, but we’ve stuck with it. Just a local team doing what we know how to do.
