Wadiyar'S Bake Factory Llp

We started Wadiyar'S Bake Factory Llp over here at Padmavathi58 in Yelchenahalli because we just liked the idea of making things people want to eat. It gets pretty busy in the mornings when the ovens are going and the smell of bread starts drifting out into the street. Most of us who work here live nearby, so it’s a short walk to get in and start the day. Sometimes the dough doesn't rise exactly how we want it if the weather is a bit off, but that’s just how it goes with baking. We aren't trying to be some big fancy chain or anything like that. It’s a small space, and things can get a bit cluttered with bags of flour and trays stacked up, but it works for us. Our neighbors usually stop by when they’re heading to work or taking the kids to school. We spend a lot of time cleaning up sugar and bits of crust from the floor. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day, but seeing someone take a bite of something we just pulled out of the oven makes it feel okay. We don’t have a huge team, just a few of us who know how the mixers sound when they’re running right. We focus on the daily stuff, making sure there is enough for everyone who comes in. Yelchenahalli is a nice spot for a place like this because people know each other. We’re just glad to be part of the neighborhood routine.
