If you find yourself on Pipeline Road near Wymac Junction, you will see Team Tower. We are in units 12 and 13. Vtech Impex has been operating out of this K G Halli spot for a bit now. It is a busy area with a lot of traffic and people moving around all the time. Our office is usually full of boxes and samples of things we are trying to import or export. It is not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. The phones ring quite a bit and there is usually someone arguing with a shipping agent or checking on a container. We spend a lot of time looking at computer screens and tracking numbers. It is the kind of job where you think you are done for the day and then a message comes in from a different time zone. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just try to get the goods through customs and into the hands of the people who bought them. It is a lot of paperwork, to be honest. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and that is the highlight of the afternoon. K G Halli is a loud neighborhood but it keeps us energized. We just keep our heads down and try to make sure nothing gets lost in transit. It is just a regular office doing regular trade work.
