Our place, Vrp Infrastructure Private Limited, is located down in Bettadasanapura Village. It’s part of Begur Hobli. Being out here away from the main city center has its advantages. We have a bit more space at No. 47/1. We do infrastructure work, which covers a lot of ground. Some days we are dealing with earthworks, other days it’s something else entirely. It’s hard work and it gets messy quite often. That’s the nature of the job. The office isn't much to look at, just a place to keep the files and meet up before heading to a site. We started this because we saw how much growth was happening around Begur. We wanted to be a part of that. We aren't interested in being the biggest name out there. We just want to do the job we're given. The team is mostly local people who know the land and the local weather. We talk plain and expect the same from others. Dealing with weather and machine breakdowns is part of the daily routine. You just have to deal with it and move on. We don’t have a marketing department or anything like that. If we do a good job, people find out. That’s how it works for us. It’s a simple way to run things, but it keeps us going day after day. Most evenings we're just wrapping up paperwork under the dim lights and planning for tomorrow morning.
