Vpac Restaurants And Foods Private Limited operates out of Villa No. 84 in the Adarsh Palm Retreat. It’s a bit different because we are located within a residential area in Devarabisanahalli, near Marathahalli. This gives us a unique perspective on the food business because we are right where people live. We spend our days planning menus and managing the various food operations we run. It’s a lot of coordination between the different kitchens and the suppliers who bring us fresh produce every day. Marathahalli is always buzzing with people from the tech parks, so we stay pretty busy trying to keep up with the demand. The office at the villa is quiet, which helps when we have to do the accounting and the staffing schedules. We started this because we all love good food and wanted to see more of it in this part of Bangalore. We don’t use any corporate talk here. We just sit around the table and figure out what’s working and what isn’t. Sometimes we have to deal with the logistics of getting food through the Bangalore traffic, which is never easy.
