If you’re looking for Vm Suburban Realty Llp, we’re based in Ulsoor at the Aqua Forte building on Kensington Road. We’re in unit G-2 on the ground floor. It’s a good location, right in the heart of things near the lake. We’ve been here for a bit, focusing on the suburban side of the city’s property market. The office is small but it serves us well. We aren’t one of those massive companies with hundreds of employees; we’re a smaller LLP, so we handle things more personally. Ulsoor is a great neighborhood with a lot of history, and we like being part of it. We spend our days talking to landlords, looking at new listings, and trying to make sense of the local real estate trends. It's not always easy, but we enjoy the work. We don’t really use a lot of corporate talk here. We just tell people how it is and help them with their property needs. Kensington Road can get a little jammed with traffic, but it’s a nice walk if you’re nearby. We have our files and our computers and plenty of coffee to keep us going. Most of our clients are just regular people trying to find a home or sell a piece of land. We try to keep the whole process as simple as we can because we know how stressful it can be for folks. It’s just us here, working hard to make sure every property deal gets finished properly.
