Vkp Constructions Llp is based at No. 20/1, which is part of Pearl Residency. We are located in Munnekollalu, right in the Marathahalli area of Bangalore. If you know Marathahalli, you know it’s a very busy part of town. There are always people moving and cars everywhere. Pearl Residency is where we have our small office space. It’s tucked inside, so it’s a bit quieter than the main road. We do a lot of our coordination from here. There are a few of us who sit here all day. We have some computers and a lot of files piled up on the shelves. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. Being in the 560037 area means we are close to a lot of things. We usually go out for lunch at the small shops nearby. Vkp Constructions Llp has been in this residency for some time. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. You just walk in and someone will help you out. We spend most of our time talking to suppliers or checking on workers. It's a lot of manual work and planning. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just build things and try to keep everything on track. Marathahalli is a good place for a business like ours because everything we need is right here.
