Our office is tucked away at number 6 in KR Layout, which is on the 3rd Cross over in JP Nagar. Bangalore is a big place, but this little corner feels a bit more familiar to us. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now, focusing on the stone trade. It’s a practical business. There’s not much room for being fancy when you’re dealing with heavy blocks of stone and the paperwork that comes with them. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting at the computer, making sure things are moving between the quarries and the clients. The 3rd Cross can be a bit tight for parking sometimes, but we make it work. Most of our staff have been around for a long time, so we all know the routine. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up and handle whatever the day brings. Sometimes it's a lot of orders at once, and other times it's a bit slow. That’s just how it goes in this industry. We’ve stayed in JP Nagar because it’s a good hub for this kind of work. You get to know the other business owners nearby. It feels like a real neighborhood business. We just keep our heads down, do the work, and try to keep things simple and honest for whoever walks through the door, usually ending the day with a quick tea.
