Our office is located on the 3rd floor of Diamond House, which is at No. 11 Gurappa Avenue on Primrose Road. It’s right in the 560025 part of Bangalore, so it’s pretty central. VISTASPACES DEVELOPERS LLP has been running from this location for a while. Being in this part of town means we are close to a lot of the older buildings and the new stuff going up too. It’s a busy street, but once you get up to the third floor, it’s a bit quieter. We spend our days looking at property details and meeting with people who are interested in development. It is a lot of back-and-forth with architects and engineers. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees; we are a small group that knows the local real estate scene well. We have stacks of maps and plans around the office. Sometimes the elevator in Diamond House is a bit slow, but we don't mind the stairs. We mostly focus on residential projects around the city. It takes a lot of patience to get all the approvals needed for a new project in Bangalore these days. We just keep plugging away at it. We like being on Primrose Road because it feels like the heart of the city. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build spaces for people to live in. It's a lot of work but it's what we do.
