If you are in Bangalore North near the 560091 zip code you’ve probably driven past us. The office is a busy little place. We usually have people dropping by to talk about their house plans or to complain about the price of sand. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We don't sit behind computers all day long. A lot of our time is spent out on the road checking on progress and making sure things are being built correctly. R K Layout is a growing area and there is always some noise from a drill or a hammer nearby. We fit right in with all that. Our team is small and we don't bother with a lot of the formal stuff you see in big city offices. We just wear our work clothes and get into the thick of it. Sometimes we miss a call because we are on a noisy site but we always get back to people when we can. It’s a practical way of living. We focus on the building part and leave the fancy stuff to others. We’ve been here in Malagala for a bit now and we like the pace of the neighborhood. It’s just us doing what we know how to do.
