Vishishta Builders And Developersprivate Limited is tucked away in the Gagan Gauravi Apartments. Specifically, we are in unit B104 on the 2nd Main in Srinivas Layout. This is off of L R Bande Road. It’s a bit different having an office in an apartment building, but it works fine for us. We’ve got our space set up there and it keeps us close to the ground. Srinivas Layout is a local spot, not too far from the main bustle but tucked away enough to get some work done. We deal with building and developing properties, so we are often out looking at sites or checking on progress. When we are in the office at Gagan Gauravi, we’re usually buried in paperwork or on the phone. The 2nd Main is a familiar sight to us now. We’ve seen the neighborhood change as more people move in. It’s a practical setup for a company like ours. We don't have a big storefront with bright lights. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby in the layout. We just keep our heads down and focus on the projects we have going. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it seems to suit us just fine here on L R Bande Road. We might not be fancy, but we stay busy with the work we have in front of us every day and just take things as they come.
