Vishakyaa Foundation

Vishakyaa Foundation is right here at 8 Pappaiah 1st Street, in the 2nd Stage of KHB Colony in Basaveshwarnagar. This neighborhood has a very specific feel to it, lots of houses and small shops nearby. Our office is just a part of that fabric. It's an old-school building, not one of those new steel and glass towers you see in other parts of the city. We have a small entrance and the stairs are a bit narrow, but it has character. Inside, things are pretty straightforward. We have some shelves filled with books and files, and a few fans humming to keep the air moving. Basaveshwarnagar is a place where people know their neighbors, and we try to be good neighbors ourselves. We don't have a team of people writing fancy slogans for us. We just write down what needs to happen and then we try to make it happen. Sometimes the street gets busy with kids playing or people walking to the market, and we can hear it all through the windows. It keeps us connected to the real world. We aren't trying to be some massive global entity. We are just a local foundation in a local colony, doing our bit without any grand gestures. It’s a modest setup, but it’s ours and we are comfortable here. We just take things one day at a time at Pappaiah 1st Street, doing the work that comes our way.
