Virtubuild (Opc) Private Limited is a small operation located in J P Nagar 2nd Phase. You can find us at No. 21 on the first floor, right at the corner of 18th Main and 15th Cross. Being an OPC means it is mostly a one-person show at the top, but there are always plenty of hands helping out on the actual building sites. We focus on construction and building projects around this part of the city. J P Nagar is a great neighborhood, and we like being based here because it is easy for people to drop by and talk about their plans. The office isn't very big, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of folders filled with project details. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out checking on how the walls are coming up. Building things can be a real headache sometimes, especially with all the rules and the way costs for materials keep jumping around. We just try to keep our heads down and get the work done. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who saw a house we built and asked who did it. It is a simple way of doing business, but it works for us. We have been at 18th Main for a bit now and we know the local shops and the people around here. We just want to build things that stay standing and do what they are supposed to do.
