Viren Adarsh Reddy Infra Private Limited, or VAR Infra as we often say, is located in JP Nagar 3rd Phase. You can find us at GNR Arcade, number 888, on the 4th floor. We are right on 8th Main Road, which is a fairly busy stretch in this part of Bangalore. The office is a busy place because we are constantly managing various infrastructure tasks. There are usually a few of us sitting around the main table talking about project timelines or budget stuff. It is a straightforward workspace without any unnecessary decorations. We have been in the 560078 area for a while and have seen how much the neighborhood has grown. Being on the 4th floor of the arcade gives us a bit of a distance from the street noise, but you can still hear the city life going on. Our team is made of regular people who know the construction and infra world well. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations; we would rather just get the work sorted. There is usually a lot of paper moving around and people checking their phones for site updates. It is a very hands-on kind of environment. The building itself is easy to find, and we have become part of the daily rhythm of this 8th Main Road area. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every single day to keep the business moving.
