Our place is at No.8, up on the 3rd floor. You have to come down 3rd Cross in Venkata Reddy Layout to find us. Koramangala is always crowded, so finding a parking spot is usually the hardest part of the day. Once you get inside and up the stairs, it’s not too bad. We’ve been working out of this space for some time. It’s a bit of an older building. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy for that right now. We handle skills training and administrative stuff mostly. We don’t have a receptionist in a suit or anything. Usually, one of us just looks up from a laptop when someone walks in. It’s a practical setup. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee. It’s nothing fancy, just a jar of instant stuff and some sugar. The windows look out over the layout. You can hear the bikes and cars all day. It’s part of the charm of being in this part of Bangalore. We like being in the middle of everything. It makes it easier for people to reach us. We just keep our heads down and get the tasks done. No big speeches or corporate slogans here. Just a small team in a 3rd-floor office. The stairs at No.8 are a bit steep, so we tell people to take their time. We’ve got a small balcony too, though it’s mostly used for keeping the mop and some extra chairs. It's just a normal workplace.
