VINITHA PROPERTIES SHOWSQUIRE LLP

We are based on the ground floor of No. 15 on 2nd Cross in V. R. Puram. It’s right in the Palace Guttahalli area of Bangalore North. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just walk right in off the street without having to hunt for an elevator. The space is a bit cramped because we have a lot of folders and old maps lying around, but we know where everything is. Most days are spent answering the phone and checking on different property sites around the neighborhood. It gets a little dusty because the road outside is always busy with bikes and autos. We’ve been in this part of town for a good while and know most of the shopkeepers on the block. It’s a lively neighborhood with a lot of history. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait a bit to get the records updated, but we keep busy with other things in the meantime. We don't really have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on being here every day and helping out whoever walks through the door. It’s a straightforward operation. The windows could use a good cleaning, but the work keeps us too busy to notice most of the time. We just like being part of the local community here in Guttahalli and doing our job.
