Vincere Constructions Private Limited is located over in Manjunathnagar. You can find us at No. 245, on the 5th Main in the 1st Phase. We’re in the 560010 area of Bangalore, which is a pretty established part of the city. The office is right there on the 5th Main, so it’s easy enough to spot if you’re driving through the neighborhood. We’ve been here for some time now, watching how the 1st Phase has grown and changed. It’s a busy area, but our street stays relatively steady. We don’t do a lot of fancy talk about what we do. We’re a construction firm, and that means we spend a lot of time dealing with materials, labor, and site visits. Most of our day is spent making sure everything is lined up for the next stage of whatever we are building. The office is where we handle the boring stuff like permits and bills. It’s not a very big space, but it works for what we need. We like being in Manjunathnagar because it’s central to a lot of the places where we work. There’s no big marketing team here, just people who know how to put buildings together. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep things running as smoothly as possible. That is how we have always done things here on the 5th Main and we don't plan on changing it much as the years go by.
