Viman Associates Private Limited is based at No.9 Chikkabazaar Road. It is right on Queens Road, right across from the Genesis Hospital. This part of Bangalore has a very specific feel to it. It is busy because of the hospital and the shops nearby. We see people walking past the window all day long. The office itself is not very large, but it works for what we need. We have been here for a good amount of time now. Usually, there is someone at the front desk to answer the phone, but if we are all out at a site, the mobile phone just keeps ringing. Dealing with property in this area means knowing the local streets really well. We spend a lot of time explaining to people how to find us because the one-way streets can be confusing for newcomers. We have a small table where we keep the site brochures and some old newspapers. Sometimes the tea guy from around the corner brings us snacks in the afternoon. It is a very normal, everyday kind of office. We don't use any fancy software for everything; a lot of things are still written down in registers. It feels more reliable that way. We just keep things moving, handling the property work as it comes in. It is honest work and we stay busy enough without needing to be flashy about it.
