Vijayabhoomi Private Limited has its office at 357/13, 1St Main, 2Nd Cross. We are located in the Guestlineraghavendraswamy Layout in Yadavanahalli. It is quite a bit away from the main city noise, which is something we actually enjoy. The layout is mostly residential, so it feels very peaceful during the day. We have been here at this address for some time now. Our name is Vijayabhoomi, and we mainly focus on land and plot developments in the surrounding areas. The office setup is very straightforward. We have a few computers and some old chairs for when people come in to talk. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look fancy. It is a functional space for a small team. Yadavanahalli is growing pretty fast, so there are always new people moving into the area. We spend a lot of our time out on the field looking at sites, but there is always someone back at the office to handle the phone. We use a lot of paper registers because we like having a physical copy of things. It’s not a high-tech environment, but it works for us. Usually, we wrap up our work by the evening and head home before the highway gets too blocked with trucks. It is just a simple, local business where we know our neighbors and the guys at the tea stall.
