It’s an older part of the area, and the building has a bit of character to it. Being on the first floor means we can see what’s going on in the street, which is always a bit lively with people walking by. Our office is not very big, but it’s cozy in its own way. We’ve got everything we need to do our jobs, even if it feels a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. The staff here are a friendly bunch, and we don't really stand on ceremony. There’s no big boss in a corner office; we all just sit together and work through our projects. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but that’s just part of life here. We like the location because it’s close to everything we need, like the local tea shop. Subhash Nagar has a lot of history, and we feel like we’re part of the neighborhood. We don't use any fancy management styles or corporate lingo. We just talk like normal people and try to solve problems as they come up. It’s a simple, honest place to work, and we are happy to be here on Vinobha Road.
